Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

One Saturday per month 9:00am to 3:00pm.  


If Sunday is the only day you are free to relax and unwind, I will make myself available to you as my schedule allows.

 The health and safety of my clients is very important to me.  If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic.  

If you have  have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19,

I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 5 days past the date of contact.   

I choose to wear a mask for all client sessions, but do not require clients to wear masks. 

Your freedom of choice, comfort and the ability to relax is just as important as your health and safety. 


Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment time to complete an intake form (new clients only) and to ensure we have time to discuss your goals for the session.  

Payment Options - I accept cash, check, Venmo and HSA debit/credit cards.

Late Policy - I totally understand that Waterville isn't the easiest town to get around and traffic can be challenging.  If you are late, I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment if it doesn't cause me to run late for the next client.  However, if I have to shorten your appointment you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.  Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.  I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed. 

Cancellation Policy - Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all of my clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.  If you need to cancel for any other reason, 24-hour advance notice is graciously requested.  I rely on booked appointments for my income and livelihood and advance notice allows me time to rebook your appointment.  Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the missed appointment.

No Show Policy - If you no show, please call or text and let me know you're okay.  When a client doesn't show up for a massage, I assume something has happened.  I know how serious you are about feeling your best.  Please don't no show...it really stinks...and I will ask to be compensated for the full amount of your missed appointment.
